“Why is lower body training my obsession? Well, after competing in the most lower-body dominant division in women’s bodybuilding, mastering leg hypertrophy and strength became second nature—almost like a science. But beyond aesthetics, I’ve realized that lower body training is the ultimate cheat code for overall strength, muscle growth, and even longevity.
